Our private students (4 to 18 years old) enjoyed a friendly and pressure-free concert, first time for most of them, sharing the music they learnt during the Summer Term with family and friends…flowers and cake included!
We are happy to announce that Talia will be teaching this summer at the VI edition of International Summer Course in Penafiel (Valladolid, Spain).
A few words about the approach of this musical initiative:
We are a group professional musicians who want to approach music education from a new perspective; we also want to make music more accessible for all social circles and remove the distance that is created between the podium and the public. Verano Musical is the result of our passion for music, and the will to share that passion and to teach.
Verano Musical is a summer course for string players of every level of musical advancement, age or country of origin. In accordance with our new pedagogical approach, we hope the participants will enjoy this very intensive course both musically and in a broader sense, by receiving individual lessons on violin, viola, cello or double bass. Participants will take part in chamber music and orchestra, and will receive special coaching for musicians while attending numerous workshops. This year, the teachers are all of the highest level internationally.
Verano Musical has been in existence for five years. Such places as Santiago Millás (León), El Frago (Zaragoza), La Fresneda (Teruel) and Buitrago del Lozoya (Madrid) have already been graced by our presence, and more than 300 participants from over 10 different nationalities have enjoyed our summer course. The 2014 edition will be held in Peñafiel (Valladolid, Spain).
