What a lovely way to finish the term! One of the best concerts so far, not only for the musical result considering the difficulty of the pieces but also because of their attitude. They showed what we believe is a healthy approach to performing in front of an audience.

Our last End of Term Concert took place in St Peter in Chains, Crouch End. This time we raised funds for SEEDS, local charity supporting people with learning disabilities.

It was really lovely to see the children enjoying this concert so much, it felt like a violin party! We always try to create a positive atmosphere for the young students to take this performing opportunities in a very organic way and this was a great example.

Our 3 violin ensembles performed the songs and pieces that we have been working during the Autumn Term, including some Christmas Carols. The students are grouped by age but they all play with parts arranged individually to suit their different levels, ranging from complete beginners to beyond grade 5.
