Trill exercises and studies are one of the most important practices to build strenght and agility of the left hand. All historic and modern violin methods and etude books contain one or several pieces to practise trills. Kreutzer, for instance, used 8 of his 42 Etudes for this technique, numbers 15 to 22. Continuing with our obsession for sequenced repertoire, we have compiled, edited and arranged 10 studies (actually 12 with the extra and bonus ones!), in progressive order to cater for all range of students, beginners to advanced.
