A few months ago, the amazing and unique teacher Laura Carr @ Stringosaurus asked us to put together a Happy Birthday arrangement for string ensemble, including a beginners part because she was preparing a birthday pack for her lucky Teachosauri Subscribers. Also, it is great to have it handy for that day when you are gently reminded by one of your students... "you remember today is my birthday, right??"
So ended up with this arrangement for Violin, Viola and Cello ensemble:
-Part 1: the melody for more advanced students
-Part 2: only 3 finger notes on the D
-Part 3: open strings with tune's rhythm
-Part 4: easy pizz open strings
-Part 5: teacher’s string accompaniment
We have now added 5 variations of increasing difficulty for more advanced students to work on bariolage, harmonics, left hand pizz. and 3rd position. We hope your students have fun with this!
